About the game
Rogoz Fishing is meditative first-person fishing on a summer river. You cast several bottom rigs, set the rods on rests and listen: a bell rings — something happened. It’s made by one person and filled with everything there is to love about fishing.
Three rods on rests, a bell on each. Hear it ring — run. Careful false bites come before the real one: don’t strike too early.
Too tight and the line snaps. Too loose and the fish runs off with your tackle. A trophy catfish or sturgeon is a legend, not a routine.
11 species, baits, groundbait, time of day and depth. The only progression is knowing the water and your tackle. No levels, no grind.
A living day cycle, night fishing with a headlamp, a camp on the shore, and old Palych with his shop and radio. Silence is part of the game.
